Delete your account

What is removed: your login credentials, name and personal contact/profile details, profile photos, device notification registrations, and last reported location.

What stays: your business’s work orders, notes, photos, signatures, time and payroll records, invoices, audit history, billing and Terms acceptance records. These may contain historical identifying information and remain subject to applicable retention requirements. Your profile will display as “Deleted user.”

Separate actions: this does not cancel a subscription or delete a workspace. Workspace owners can contact legal@fieldprompt.com for workspace deletion. The last administrator needs ownership resolution before personal account deletion.

Deletion is reviewed before processing. Backup copies expire under the applicable retention policy; business and legally required records are not erased by this request. Sync any unsent mobile work before confirming.
